Half an hour, your own papers, and one hearing you have already had. If it does not find something you missed, we have not earned the next conversation.
The demo is not a slide deck, and nothing sent here goes on a mailing list. Anything you send is treated as privileged and is used for nothing other than arranging the demo.
What the half hour looks like
Three things, in this order
The papers come apart
You bring papers from a matter you already know. We drop them in and you watch them come apart into paragraphs, exhibits and annexures.
Something is argued
We play a recording of a hearing, or you argue a point aloud, and you see what is caught while it is still live.
You read the note
You read the hearing note it wrote, and decide whether it is better than the one you would have written at nine that night.
If you would rather not send papers
Entirely reasonable. The whole demo runs on a fictional matter instead and the mechanics are there to judge — though it is less convincing, because the thing worth seeing is a catch in your own file.
Security questionnaires are welcome before the demo rather than after.
How a conversation starts
There is no trial to begin
No self-serve account, no trial, and no demonstration on invented papers unless you ask for one. A conversation starts with counsel’s own pleadings, under an undertaking.
A contact address is not published here yet. Until it is, the route is the person who told you about it — which is, in practice, how counsel hear about anything.
